Enseignante francophone en maternelle

I grew up in Nice where I received a bilingual (French and English) and bicultural education from French and American parents, and after completing my Master’s degree in Management at Skema Business School, I decided to start my career in Singapore.

After 9 years in the banking and finance sector, I decided to change my career because I wanted to work in the field of education which has always been my passion.

I attended an international school in Singapore while preparing for my PostGraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). I had different positions during the 4 years spent in this school: I started teaching French as a foreign language to students aged 3 to 11. Subsequently, I joined the bilingual French-English program, teaching both languages in primary classes.

In 2021, our family of 4 decided to move to Annecy. After that, I worked at an international school in Geneva teaching mixed-level classes where students could learn at their own pace and where outdoor learning was an important part of the curriculum.

My experiences include teaching to children with special needs and differentiating for a class of students with different language levels. I also enjoy teaching writing workshops, integrating technology into the classroom and mathematics.
