The summer of 2025 was a turning point, bringing decisive progress for our future campus
– Work officially began this summer with gradind, and foundations and masonry are scheduled to start in mid-September.
– At the same time, we secured final bank approval for the project’s financing — an important milestone that marks a key step forward.
One final step remains to complete the financial arrangements: closing the overall budget, which brings together EBIHS’s own funds, the commitment of our investors, and bank loans.
Early in 2025, the remarkable support of our parent investors enabled us to raise €950,000 — a decisive boost that set the project in motion and demonstrated the strength of our community.
Today, it is necessary to move on to phase 2: raising the additional funds already committed during the launch phase, amounting to €950,000*. To facilitate this step, we are offering particularly attractive investment terms with a minimum subscription amount of €10,000, over a period of 8 years and a very advantageous rate of 5% per annum.
*Fundraising may reach a maximum of €1 million.
