Enseignante francophone en élémentaire

I was born in Quebec, in the beautiful Bas-Saint-Laurent region. For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to become a teacher. Partly because learning, to me, is a way of life—but also a journey with no final destination, as the possibilities are endless. Whether through school, books, travel, conversations, or sharing, we never stop learning.

In 2004, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Preschool and Primary Education at the Université du Québec in Rimouski. I then chose to further my training with a postgraduate diploma in Special Education, to better support students with learning difficulties.

I am an open-minded and passionate person who loves taking on new challenges. So, when I met my partner from Haute-Savoie in 2016, I left my teaching position and my home in Quebec to come and discover the beautiful region of Annecy.

In education, I’m particularly interested in neuroscience, children’s literature, and the teaching of mathematics. In addition, my fifteen years of teaching experience have reinforced my belief in the importance of building a relationship of trust with students and giving them all the tools they need to reach their full potential.

I’m therefore delighted to be part of the EBIHS team—an institution that values bilingualism, sharing, and openness to the world, all of which are essential values in my opinion.
