Born in France, I completed all of my secondary education at French high schools abroad, in the Netherlands, Spain, and Germany. Fascinated by Spanish-speaking cultures, I spent much of my university studies in Uruguay, Spain, and Mexico, where I had the opportunity to attend El Colegio de México as part of a master’s program in literary translation.

After earning a Master’s degree in Hispanic and Latin American Studies from the University of Montpellier, my interest in languages led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Italian with a concentration in Foreign Language Teaching at the Sorbonne, which allowed me to approach language teaching in a more practical way. I have taught Spanish and French in various settings, including French cultural institutes and language schools in France, Belgium, and Italy. I also taught at an international high school in Malta for several years and, more recently, at an international middle school in Aix-en-Provence.

Having received an international and multilingual education has been a great source of enrichment, and as a Spanish teacher today, I am committed to passing on the values that are dear to me and that I grew up with: cultural openness, curiosity, respect, and sharing.

Alongside my career as a foreign language teacher, I was involved in the performing arts for ten years as an actress and aerial dancer. Throughout my artistic career, I have led numerous theater and aerial silks classes and workshops for teenagers.

This teaching experience was very rewarding and has influenced the way I teach languages. In fact, I often use a theatrical approach to teaching Spanish in order to make the language come alive and feel tangible.
