Marie Soncini

Enseignante au collège : Français et Histoire-Géographie-EMC
After studies in letters, philosophy, psychology and a master’s degree in the sciences of education, I began a career in teaching, enriched by many trips and the fabulous encounters that have punctuated it. I lived in New Caledonia, in Reunion but also in Cameroon and South Africa and I adapted to the different school systems and teaching methods specific to each country: Montessori pedagogy, Freinet but also differentiated or positive.
Committed and invested since very young in many associations, I had the chance to share my experience as a teacher in prisons in Yaoundé, orphanages in Cape Town, the streets of Douala or in the townships of Dunoon. The teamwork with all the actors of the school has always been a plus for me as well as the sharing of experiences as one of the keys to collective success.
I am very happy to be part of the EBIHS team, a world-open school that fits perfectly with my personal philosophy and educational goals.
