Aurélie Blanchin

AVS et animatrice cantine

I grew up between lake and mountain, Annecy in the summer and Les Ménuires in the winter in the middle of the hotel industry. I received a bilingual education from my English mom and my French dad. English language and culture have a big place in my life, I am very close to my maternal family who live in Redditch, a small town near Birmingham in England.

At the age of 20, I decided to follow the family path by taking over my grandparents’ hotel with my husband. In this context, training others has been my daily and favorite mission. Teaching our team to be at their best, giving meaning to their work, making sure everyone is fulfilled was very important to me. In 2014, when my daughter was born, I discovered my passion for raising children and in 2018, when my son was born, I seriously considered a professional retraining in this field that makes so much sense to me.

I now happily continue my new professional life at the EBIHS. I am very happy to work alongside an extraordinary team with whom I share the same values in every way, in an international setting that is so familiar to me, and to contribute to the well-being of children on a daily basis.
