Originally from northeastern France, Émilie obtained her literary Baccalauréat before joining the Faculty of Law in Metz and later completing a Master’s degree in Private Law at Paris XII. Drawn to the English language and British culture, she spent six months living in London before earning a second Master’s degree in Human Resources at the Wesford Business School in Grenoble.

With dual degrees in Private Law and HR, she moved to Annecy to join her future husband and began her career as a recruitment consultant for a major staffing agency. She then joined a struggling Annecy-based SME as HR and Administrative Manager and helped turn the company around, leading it to become a strong competitor in its field through a focus on human potential.

Backed by 13 years of experience and inspired by Mandela’s quote “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world,” Émilie joined EBiHS in March 2019 as Head of Human Resources to contribute to its development.
