Ludovic Mondongou

President

Born in the Central African Republic, Ludovic was immersed from an early age in a multilingual environment where local African languages coexisted with French. From a young age in Bangui, he experienced bilingual education at school, learning both Sango and French. With parents who were respectively Doctors in Modern Literature and History, he was quickly introduced to the world of education and pedagogy.

In France, Ludovic earned two Master’s degrees — one in Computer Engineering and the other in Development Economics from the University of Grenoble-Alpes. He pursued a career in the digital sector. After several years working as an IT project manager on both regional and international projects, he joined a major international technology group. Thanks to his dedication, Ludovic currently holds global responsibilities in training within this multinational company based in Geneva.

Ludovic is also the co-founder of a business network focused on economic integration through employment and sustainable development — an initiative that has received several awards.
A theatre, literature, and travel enthusiast, he also holds the BAFD certificate (Certificate of Aptitude for Holiday Centre Director Functions). He has long been involved at various levels in many cultural, solidarity, and leisure associations in France and abroad.
Deputy mayor of the town of Sillingy (Haute-Savoie), Ludovic champions values of community living and civic engagement.

Regarding EBiHS, Ludovic has supported the project since its inception, offering his expertise in communication and IT. After serving for several years as secretary-treasurer, he now holds the position of President of the EBiHS association.
Openness to the world, multilingualism, commitment, work, sharing, fulfilment, kindness, and solidarity are the values Ludovic promotes within the EBiHS community.
