My career has been split between France and the USA. I was born in Lyon but grew up in the Paris suburbs. I graduated from Sciences Po and pursued a Master’s degree in Linguistics. Passionate about reading and writing, I started my career in Paris as a book publisher.
An unexpected encounter and a twist of fate led me to the USA. I changed careers to teach French as a Foreign Language first in Los Angeles, and then in Denver.
In my last position at one of the most prestigious private schools in Colorado, I shared my passion for French with more than 1000 students over 8 years. I’ve taught a diverse range of people with varying backgrounds during my career, but my favorite students are undeniably teenagers. I enjoy building trust, creating bonds, listening to them, and I attach particular importance to sparking their enthusiasm for and interest in French.
