Originally from the south of France, my university studies in Foreign Languages brought me to Haute-Savoie in 2004. I started my teaching career in 2008, working as an in-home private tutor, working with students who were sometimes in and out of school or even had left the school system. My desire to enrich my teaching practices and my love of learning about different cultures led me to Canada where I trained members of the Federal Government in Ottawa. Wishing to develop my pedagogy with heterogeneous groups, I returned to the region I love most, near Annecy, to obtain a professional Master’s degree in the teaching of French as a Foreign Language, and to teach in language centers in Savoie, Allier and Geneva.
I then had the opportunity to join two international private schools in Switzerland, where I taught Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle and High school-level classes. These experiences were enriching both personally and professionally and allowed me to obtain my teaching degree in 2016, working in the Annecy area in different schools.
